Stockport chiropractors, Davies Chiropractic Care would like to give a warm welcome to Kate Bayley, the newest edition to the team. Sam and Kate have known and worked with each other for the past 3 years so they know each other very well both personally and professionally. When it was time for Sam to take the next step with the business and ask someone to come and join her at the clinic, she couldn’t think of anyone she wanted more than her friend and colleague Kate. Sam and Kate have gotten each other out of some sticky situations with their own back pain and neck pain issues, so are happy to be reunited to keep each other in check.
Here is a little bit more about Kate:
Q) How long have you been a chiropractor?
A) I have been a chiropractor since 2010- so 6 nearly 7 years.
Q) What made you decide to become a chiropractor?
A) I wanted to be a chiropractor when I went along to my mums chiropractic appointment and thought how cool it was.
Q) What do you enjoy most about it?
A) The best thing about being a chiropractor is seeing the amazing benefits it has and how it improves people’s lives everyday!
Q) What do you enjoy least about it?
A) The least favourite part about being a chiropractor is picking up occupational injuries from the physicality of the job! But on a plus have treatment frequently!
Q) What is your favourite thing to treat?
A) My favourite thing to treat is sporting injuries and pregnant ladies! Pregnancy can be very taxing on the body so I like to do everything I can to help!
Q) Are there any quick tips you can give when it comes to pain?
- Immediate pain tips: ice ice baby! Keep moving/walking and avoid soft sofas and beds!
- Yoga is great for the spine, body and core musculature – and you feel great afterwards!
