Kate Bayley (Chiropractor – MChiro DC)
Where she began
Ever since Kate first went along to her mum’s chiropractic appointment, she has wanted to be a chiropractor.
In 2010 Kate graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Chiropractic degree. Greater Manchester has been her place of work ever since.
Kate believes that it is her job to try and get people to be as pain free as possible. She provides her patients with the correct information and advises them on how to make better, healthier lifestyle choices. The result is them being able to function at their optimal level.
Spinal health is something that can often be taken for granted. A lot of the time, people will only tend to seek out chiropractic care when there is pain or discomfort. However, Kate believes chiropractic has many more benefits. It is just as important as regular exercise and eating a balanced diet in keeping us well and preventing injury.
In her spare time, Kate likes to keep fit – she enjoys playing netball, practicing yoga and loves to go on country walks.
